A new direction of the HelpBucha project: helping children of the war
Thanks to our partners, an Austrian charity fund “Little Hearts” we have launched a new project aimed at helping the children who have suffered in the war in Ukraine.
Our common goal is to support the children and their families who have become victims of the ongoing full-scale war of Russia against Ukraine. It includes financial assistance provided on a monthly basis, as well helping with useful gadgets for studying and other support. The first money help – 50 euros – has already been transferred to the families in Kyiv region.
As of now, we are supporting 8 families and 14 children from the most affected areas of Horenka, Hostomel, Ozera and Moscchun. We are grateful to our Austrian partners and Ms.Pascal Veer for their help to the families in need.
We would like to address everyone who can help support our project. If you have a possibility to contribute to the project financially – we would be grateful for your donation! Together we can make this world a better place!
You can donate here www.buchahelp.org.ua/donate.
If you would like to support the projects as a partner, please email us at mail@buchahelp.org.ua.
Yes, times are hard at the moment, but as the time goes by, we can see the results of our joint efforts. For one, in the village of Ozera, three generations of relatives have managed to restore a house heavily damaged by the russian shelling. Not only have they restored it, but they have also built an extra floor and a traditional stove in preparation for the hard winter ahead and possible electricity problems. Now, the Kushirenko family have a roof above their head and they are ready for whatever hardships might come next. We are proud to share stories like this one, and happy to be able to help people who need it most.
